Restore Kids Town Plus

Open the grown-ups corner (🔐) in the game, answer the grown-up question and tap "Restore". Use the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with.

Cancel a subscription

Subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google, so you can cancel any time in the Subscriptions section of your App Store or Google Play account. The grown-ups corner (🔐) in the game also has a "Manage" button that takes you straight there.

Lost game progress

Saves are kept only on the device. Uninstalling the app deletes them.
